Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and create customers for life by fulfilling their automotive needs while bringing your positive attitude every day.
  • Assist in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & out's of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology through daily education.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure total satisfaction and earn referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in all sales situations.
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
  • Maintain hi-quality records using Eleads CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends
  • Eager to hit the ground running on learning all of Ford's product offerings
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening
  • 1 year of Automotive Sales experience preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $60,000 to $120,000 /year
