Now, we are looking to add to our team of Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Professionals!

Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life by fulfilling their automotive needs while bringing your positive attitude every day
- Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology through daily education
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new & used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure total satisfaction and earn referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in all sales situations
- Directly report to the Used Car Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Maintain hi-quality records using Eleads CRM
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Eager to hit the ground running on learning all of Ford's product offerings
- Fantastic communication skills with our customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- 1 year of Automotive Sales experience preferred but not required.
